Educational and Professional Mentorships
In this work of providing support we must support each other as well.
It is vital to continue to learn and grow as practitioners, facilitators, space holders and catalysts for change. We are not meant to do this work alone. Mentorship is a place for non judgemental community engagement, collaborative thought process, and committed nurturing of relationships in an ethical, responsible, and inspirational environment.
One on One Sessions
I provide one on one mentorship sessions for individuals who are seeking educational and professional inspiration, resources and idea exchange, gentle guidance for creative solutions, and experience based resolutions.
Book a session with me if you are curious about exploring your next educational steps in working within the fields of trauma and somatics or if you are a professional seeking to incorporate somatic therapy practices and trauma informed approaches to your existing offerings and work.
My one on one Mentorship Sessions are:
Offered online via zoom
Last one hour in duration per session
Are confidential and can be recorded for your records only
Include follow up emails with points of reference
Are within my sliding scale pricing of pay what you like between $80-$120 USD per session
Group Skills Building and Case Consultations
These small group sessions are a place for professionals to bring specific questions and situations forward in order to find trauma informed solutions and somatic tools. Here you can ask questions, discuss challenges you are noticing when offering support to others, share your experiences with the collective group, and seek immediate tools and methods to offer your clients or staff.
This group environment is designed for people interested in integrating more trauma informed perspectives and tools into their professional lives. It is encouraged that you bring specific questions, situations, and topics to discuss shared for insight and assistance. These meetings are an opportunity to reflect on accountability and how you are showing up and handling challenges within your professional settings in an inspirational and ethical manner. This is a chance to learn and listen from the community, your colleagues, and others shared experiences in the field of trauma and somatics.
Anyone who is a movement facilitator, educator, business owner, humanitarian professional, wellness professional, bodywork, clinician, healthcare professional, first responder, coach, leader, or a person that holds space for others is welcome.
Each session is:
Offered once a month
Last 60 minutes on zoom
Are within my sliding scale pricing of pay what you like between $35-$55 USD per attendance
confidential with no recordings or AI transcripts
