Workshop
Yoga for Your Endocrine System takes a deep dive into how the shapes we make with our body affect our mood, sleep, zest for life, immune system, and other vital hormonal fluctuations and how to use this knowledge to enhance our health.
In this workshop you will experience both lecture and experiential movement. We will focus on understanding the function and use of shapes in our bodies to assist with the balance of our endocrine system and glands. We will systematically be hacking into our own bodies to promote and provide better overall health for our own personal and professional practices.
